Return Policy
SportPerfect.com will gladly accept returns on products according to the following guidelines which were created to protect you, the customer.
We must be notified within 10 days of receipt.
Please contact us at returndepartment@sportperfect.com for a returned goods authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without this approval number.
All tags must remain attached.
The garment must not have been laundered or worn.
Return shipping charges are your responsibility. Credit will be issued for the cost of the garment only. For your own protection please choose a trackable method of return (i.e., UPS, Fedex, USPS 1 st Class Insured). We are not responsible for lost shipments.
Credit will be promptly issued to your credit card upon receipt of the garment provided all guidelines have been followed.
Please note that all garments are inspected before being shipped to you. We strive to send you top quality merchandise. Your privacy at SportPerfect.com
Any personal information that you
may share with us is kept absolutely private. Neither your
name nor anything about you is sold or shared with any other
non-affiliated company or agency.
We do, of course, ask you for certain kinds of information in order to provide the services you request.
Purchases
When you place an order, you give us your name, address, phone number or e-mail address plus credit card information. If you create a Personal Shopping Account with us, so that you may place orders more conveniently, you authorize us to store your name and shipping address(es), and optionally, credit card and billing information.
(In order to ship and track merchandise, we make your name and address available to such companies as United Parcel Service, Federal Express and the U.S. Postal Service.)
